Description:

A winch hydraulic disc brake is a type of powerful braking system used in heavy-duty winches, especially in cranes, hoists, marine equipment, and mining machinery. It ensures controlled stopping and holding of the load, even in demanding environments.

It can be a model SBD-A clamp brake system, a mode SB(YQP) disc brake system and a model YPZ disc brake system.

SBD-A Hydraulic Safety (Emergency) Brake:

The SBD hydraulic safety brake is a high-power braking device designed for use on low-speed shafts. It is widely applied as an emergency safety brake in large and medium-sized cranes, port loading and unloading equipment, and the lifting and boom luffing mechanisms of such machinery. Additionally, it serves as both a working brake and an emergency safety brake for mine hoists, heavy-duty lifting systems, and high-power inclined belt conveyors.

YPZ Electric Hydraulic Disc Brake System:

  • Applications: Designed for large-scale special handling machinery, heavy-duty transport systems, metallurgical equipment, mining machinery, and construction equipment for deceleration, parking brakes, and safety protection.

  • Standards Compliance:

    • Models YPZ2 I, II, and III comply with DIN15435.

    • Models YPZ2 IV, V, and VI conform to DIN15435 and JB/T7020-2006 standards.

  • Performance: Features safe and reliable operation, smooth braking action, high-frequency response, and adjustable braking torque.

  • High Efficiency: Equipped with self-lubricating bearings at the main swing hinge, ensuring high transmission efficiency and maintenance-free operation.

  • Spring Mechanism: Brake spring housed within a spring tube and torque rod, with a visible torque indicator for easy torque adjustment.

  • Altitude: Installation site must comply with GB755-2008 altitude requirements.

  • Operating Environment: Must be free of flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases. For hazardous environments, explosion-proof or anti-corrosion models should be used.

  • Power Supply: 380V, 50Hz, three-phase AC (custom voltage and frequency options available upon request).

  • Duty Cycle: S1 (continuous duty), S3-60% (intermittent periodic duty).

  • Outdoor Use: For environments exposed to rain, snow, or corrosive substances, anti-corrosion models are recommended.
