ED Electro Hydraulic Thruster
Description:
This ED electro hydraulic thruster is widely used for driving various types of drum and disc brakes, and is also suitable for controlling industrial valves, gates, clamping devices, and directional swing or rotary mechanisms with movement angles less than 90 degrees. It is manufactured based on the original German EMG design and complies with DIN 15430 and JB/T 10603-2006 standards, ensuring reliability and compatibility. Additionally, the device can be equipped with optional components such as upper and lower limit switches, lift or drop valves, brake springs, reset springs, buffer springs, and heaters, enabling it to perform a wide range of extended functions according to specific operational needs.

Vertical Installation:

The piston rod and connecting rod must face upward.

Horizontal or Any Intermediate Position Installation:

The junction box should face upward, as illustrated in the corresponding diagram.

Push Rod Rotation & Base Adjustment:

The push rod can be rotated to any angle as needed.

For models Ed50 to Ed301, the mounting base allows for 90° rotation.

For models Ed23 and Ed30, a special base for 90° rotation is available upon request; note that this increases the installation height (dimension A) by 8 mm.

Installation Precaution:

The piston rod must not bear radial force, regardless of installation type, to avoid negatively affecting performance and reducing service life.
