50T Friction Winch for Freight Funiculars System Project

Zhifang has achieved another milestone with the successful implementation of its independently developed 50-ton Freight Funiculars System, part of the Freight Funiculars System Project in cooperation with the China Railway 11th Bureau. This innovative system is being utilized in key infrastructure operations, including the construction of the Zhaomao River Grand Bridge and the loading and unloading of tank cars.

The project features a complete configuration of Zhifang's JMM50T Friction Winch and a 50T Non-powered Funiculars Platform, offering a robust solution for the safe and efficient transport of heavy freight. Notably, the system includes a rope breakage prevention device, a safety innovation that further enhances reliability during operation on steep inclines and challenging terrains.
